The Beloit College Midwest Flagship Match is open for students that are academically qualified residents of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota that pay the same tuition at Beloit as their home state's flagship public university. For first-year applicants, they must have an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above in core academic classes. And for transfer applicants, they must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above in college classes. The Wisconsin HEAB Indian Student Assistance Grant is open to students who are at least 25 percent Native American and are enrolled in degree or certificate programs at University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical College, independent colleges and universities, tribal colleges, or proprietary institutions based in Wisconsin. The Midwest Student Exchange Program for Transfer Students is automatically awarded to Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, or Wisconsin residents. This scholarship covers 25 percent of the amount of the out-of-state portion of tuition. The Career Development Scholarship provides funding assistance for tuition and enrollment fees relevant to continuing education in a non-traditional or non-degree format. This could include education programs that specialize in the skilled trades, applied sciences, modern technologies or career advancement. For example, classes in welding, accounting, dental hygiene or computer programs. This scholarship is intended to promote career development for those living with bleeding disorders. Parents and spouses are also eligible for this scholarship. Applicants must be a Wisconsin resident or receive care at a Wisconsin Hemophilia Treatment Center. If the applicant is not currently enrolled in the education or training program for which you are seeking assistance, they must also attach a copy of an acceptance letter from the program. The Iowa State University of Science and Technology Transfer Expedition Award can be stacked with the Transfer Achievement Award or Transfer Success Award.
