The Lettie Pate Whitehead Foundation Scholarship is open to underGraduate Studentss enrolled full-time. In accordance with guidelines prescribed by the founder, the grantee institutions award scholarships based on need to Christian Women's who reside in one of the specified southern states. Students must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia.

The Elam Promise Transfer, Advance is available to transfer students who are Tennessee residents and have completed 12 and above credit hours. This scholarship is valued at $1,750 per year for up to three years effective Fall 2024. Students awarded prior to Fall 2024 will continue to receive $750 per year. Qualifying students are allowed only one transfer scholarship. Students may contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance for more information.

The Ingram Diversity Leadership Scholarship is open to incoming first-year students with diverse backgrounds from the Nashville, Tennessee area who present outstanding academic and leadership records. Traditionally, eight finalists are invited to personally interview for this award.

The Helping Heroes Grant is awarded to US Veteranss who were honorably discharged or who are a former or current member of a reserve or TN National Guard unit. To be eligible for the Helping Heroes Grant, the student must be an honorably discharged Veterans who had formally served the armed forces of the United States, or a former or current member of a reserve or Tennessee National Guard unit who was called into active military service of the United States. They must also be awarded the following: Iraq Campaign Medal; Afghanistan Campaign Medal; or Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, on or after Sept. 11, 2001 Other qualifying medals as authorized by Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation. They must have not earned a baccalaureate degree. The application deadlines are: September 1 for Fall enrollment, February 1 for Spring, or May 1 for Summer enrollment. The Whitehead Scholars Program is a regional scholarship designed especially for Women's. Scholarship requirements focus on a holistic "head, heart, and hands" education model, fostering well-rounded individuals through the integration of work, service, and reflection. Applicants must be self-identified as Christian. They must be residents of one of the following southeastern states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Tennessee Promise is both a scholarship and mentoring program focused on increasing the number of students that attend a postsecondary institution in our state. It provides students a last-dollar scholarship that may be used at any of the state's 13 community colleges or 27 colleges of applied technology. Students may also use the scholarship at other eligible institutions offering an associate degree program, but at these institutions the award would be capped at the average cost of tuition and mandatory fees at the community colleges. Seniors may apply for the Tennessee Promise scholarship, which will provide two years of tuition-free attendance at a community or technical college. A student shall be classified as an in-state student at Arkansas Tech if he or she is a bona fide domiciliary of Arkansas or a contiguous state (specifically, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas) and has resided in the state for at least six consecutive months prior to the beginning of the semester or term for which the fees are to paid. Bona Fide Arkansas domiciliary means that Arkansas is the legal home and place of permanent living of the student for all purposes. The students may contact the Financial Aid Office for more information and inquiries about the application.

The Elam Promise Transfer, Achieve is available to transfer students who are Tennessee residents and have completed 12 and above credit hours. This scholarship is valued at $1,500 per year for up to three years effective Fall 2024. Students awarded prior to Fall 2024 will continue to receive $500 per year.
